How to get to "Le Mans Université"
By train:
- Take the "NORD" exit at the train station.
- Outside the station, take the T1 tram towards "Université".
- Don’t forget to purchase a ticket before boarding (€1.50 per trip). You can also purchase your ticket directly with your phone via a simple SMS. For a 1-hour ticket (still priced at €1.50), send 1H to 93400. For a 24-hour ticket (priced at €4.20), send 24H to 93400. More information is available at www.setram.fr
- Get off at the "Campus Ribay" station.
- The Sciences and Techniques Faculty (UFR ST) is located directly opposite the stop.
- You can either go around the UFR Sciences and Techniques or go through the building to reach the IRA Building (Institut du Risque et de l’Assurance du Mans), which houses the Mathematics Department and the Manceau Mathematics Laboratory (LMM). See the map below.
By car:
If you’re coming via the A11 motorway:
- Take the "Le Mans Ouest" exit.
- Follow signs for "Le Mans Centre".
The university is located 3 km from the motorway exit at the second roundabout.
If you’re coming from the Tours road:
- Follow "Le Mans Centre".
- Take the ring road towards "Laval".
- Take the exit for "Technopole-Université" or "Clinique du Pré".
